Information
The SWF200 is a precision solder wire feeding unit designed for use in automated laser soldering processes. It has been developed to feed solder wire with diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm in a controlled and reproducible manner.
Control is fully automatic via the LPC04 LASCON® Process Controller. This allows the required amount of solder to be precisely adjusted to the process. Feed speed and feed acceleration are adjustable and can be parameterised using the LASCON® script language.
The SWF200 is particularly suitable as an accessory for existing Mergenthaler systems and is used in combination with the LPC04 LASCON® Process Controller, the LH103 laser head or the LH501M laser head.
Adjustable wire guide
The version with an adjustable wire guide offers a high degree of flexibility and is particularly suitable for laboratory applications, tests and experimental set-ups.
Straight wire guide
The version with a straight wire guide is designed for harsh environmental conditions, heavy-duty production processes and high-volume production.
