Fibre-coupled high-power diode laser module up to 500 W

The LM04 diode laser module is an industrial, fibre-coupled laser module with optical power outputs ranging from 25 W to 500 W. It is designed as a turnkey system and features an integrated LASCON® Process Controller for process and temperature control.

Information

The LM04 is an industrial diode laser module designed for precise and controlled laser processes. The system is fibre-coupled and available in various power classes ranging from 25 W to 500 W of optical power.

Thanks to the integration of the LASCON® Process Controller, the LM04 is particularly suitable for applications requiring a combination of laser power, temperature measurement and process control. Process temperature control can be achieved via a fibre-coupled 1C or 2C pyrometer.

The module is designed as a turnkey solution and can be operated with either air or water cooling, depending on the power and wavelength. An external water cooler is provided for higher power levels.

The LM04 is suitable for industrial applications such as laser-assisted bonding, laser soldering and brazing, laser plastic welding and laser heat treatment.
